EVERYONE CAN DO YOGA

People often tell me, “I can’t touch my toes, so I can’t do yoga.”  
My answer is, “Bend your knees!”

You can probably touch your toes if you bend your knees. And, as you develop your yoga practice, you will learn how to refine actions like bending the knees through effective muscle engagement.
